What to expect

The Blueprint is a fitness competition completed in teams of 4 or Mixed doubles. In your team you will be pushed through a 60min workout broken into 3 sections. Each section has a different workout flow testing your strength, endurance & physical performance. With a sold out event in 2025, we are expecting the pre - sale to go fast! Please register your interest to claim the offer.

Who is this for: The everyday fitness athlete

Format:

Teams of 4 ** - Four athletes share the full workout, with every rep and erg effort combined into one team score on the leaderboard.

Mixed doubles - Two athletes take on the entire workout and cross the finish line together, ideal for those with more confidence on the comp floor who want to push a bit further.

The Waves: Every 20mins, 10 teams of 4 start the workout

Prizes: Win Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed teams on the leaderboard

Once you register your team of 4 or mixed doubles you will receive a confirmation email, 5 days before the event goes live we will issue you an official wave start time.

Event Workout

The Blueprint is designed to test your strength, endurance, grit & team work. You and your team mates will break down the 60min workout into 3 blocks. Each block will test you and your team in a different way.

SECTION A

00:00 - 20:00min

1: 500m Run - 2 athletes run

2: RowErg Cals - 1 athlete row : 1 athlete rest

Target Cals: 240 | 280 | 320

Score = Cals for Time

SECTION B

20:00 - 40:00min

1: x120 Synchro Sandbag Squats @ 30kg / 50kg

2: x120 Synchro DB Snatch @ 12.5kg / 17.5kg

3: x120m Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunge @ 12kg / 16kg

2 work : 2 rest - 1 rep = 2 athletes meet at the bottom and top of the rep

Score = Reps for Time

SECTION C

40:00 - 60:00min

1: 200 wallballs** @ 6kg / 9kg

2: SkiErg Cals

Target Cals: 200 | 240 | 280

Score = Cals for Time

** MIXED DOUBLES COMPLETE 160 wallballs everything else in the workout will not change

TEAMS OF 4

  • Yes, only first names. The team captain books the ticket and you get x2 times to swap out any team members.

  • This event is built for the everyday fitness enthusiast who is looking to test your strength and physical performance

  • 3 days before the event goes live, you cannot change this wave start time.

  • We usually say allow 2+ hours, this will include checking in, warm up, competition workout and finish line endorphins!
