What to expect
The Blueprint is a fitness competition completed in teams of 4 or Mixed doubles. In your team you will be pushed through a 60min workout broken into 3 sections. Each section has a different workout flow testing your strength, endurance & physical performance. With a sold out event in 2025, we are expecting the pre - sale to go fast! Please register your interest to claim the offer.

Who is this for: The everyday fitness athlete
Format: Teams of 4 or Doubles
Divisions: MM/FF , All Male or All Female
The Waves: Every 20mins, 10 teams of 4 start the workout
Prizes: Win Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed teams on the leaderboard
Once you register your team of 4 or mixed doubles you will receive a confirmation email, 5 days before the event goes live we will issue you an official wave start time.
