Strength

The strength section — you'll find odd objects like sandbags, dumbbells and kettlebells. No barbells.

Section C

Erg Endurance

The final section to tackle. Expect a mix of A and B. Cross the line as a team and finish strong.

Teams of 4
4000m run · 10 × 400m efforts
300 / 250 / 200 cal SkiErg
Notes
  • 2 athletes start on the SkiErg
  • 2 athletes start on 400m run
  • Rotate pairs every 400m complete
  • 1 SkiErg for the whole team
  • Runners re-join the SkiErg once 4km is done - team finishes on the cals together
  • Once cals and 4000m complete - the whole team moves on

4000m run · 10 × 400m efforts
250 / 200 / 150 cal SkiErg

Track Meet

This is an opportunity to really put your training to the test. In a team format, each member brings their strengths to the start line. Visualise an athletics track in the heart of Melbourne, transformed into an environment for you to perform.

Across a 60-minute workout you'll be running in 400m increments, chipping away at a calorie target on the SkiErg and the RowErg, completing sandbag lifts, kettlebell lunges, single-arm DB work and plenty more.

This is a true test of your work in the gym.

When do tickets go live?

Pre Sale tickets are shceduled to go Live on Monday 20th July at 02:00PM Members will get access first.

How much will tickets be?

Expect a similar structure to Blueprint — three tiers (pre-sale, general, final release) with the best price releasing first.

Can I register interest if I don't have a team yet?

Yes. Plenty of teams register first and then secure team mates, we offer x2 FREE name changes within the ticket.

I came to The Blueprint, is Track Meet different?

Same format (60 minutes, team workout, 3 sections) score registered via a timing chip.
