This is an opportunity to really put your training to the test. In a team format, each member brings their strengths to the start line. Visualise an athletics track in the heart of Melbourne, transformed into an environment for you to perform.
Across a 60-minute workout you'll be running in 400m increments, chipping away at a calorie target on the SkiErg and the RowErg, completing sandbag lifts, kettlebell lunges, single-arm DB work and plenty more.
This is a true test of your work in the gym.
